Chief Executive Officer
James is one of the co-founders of Arbor and has experience in managing and launching innovative products and services for large and small companies that are loved by millions of users. He is incredibly passionate about building tools that help to save teachers time, mainly as he’s so frustrated at the current status quo of admin, hassle and data that gets in the way of delivering great education. You’ll find him in schools (he’s a MAT governor), talking to partner companies or in one of our offices trying his best to make a lasting, positive and scalable impact.
Chief Revenue Officer
Phillippa graduated with a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge before working as a Management Consultant at IBM, helping FTSE100 firms use data more effectively to streamline their operations. More recently she co-founded a federation of free schools in Hackney with an innovative curriculum focused on music. Before the glamour of education or data, Phillippa worked as a sound engineer at UK festivals, so you should speak into her good ear.
Head of Direct Sales
A man with several strings to his bow, after qualifying for his PGCE, Ian spent almost a year teaching Geography before a short stint in recruitment and subsequently managing a successful music business called Longsands Music as well as playing as a career musician on the guitar. CDs are available on request.
Senior Partnership Manager
After getting his BSc in Geography & Archaeology and his PGCE in Secondary Geography from Leicester University, Daniel began 13 years of experience as a teacher and Senior Leader in Leicestershire. He was also the Head of Humanities and Performing Arts at Millgate School, an SEN school where he supported students with additional Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs for 7 years. Daniel has participated in his fair share of charity bike rides, including John O’Groats to Lands End (both ways, not that he’s bragging), Paris to Rome, and Amsterdam to Barcelona. His other claims to fame are the two wedding and function bands he’s in and the time he accidentally met the Pope!
Head of Migration Sales
Rachael graduated from Leeds College of Art with an interdisciplinary degree in Art and Design. As a big fan of design and creative theory, she then worked in schools as a Creative Practitioner, where she coordinated art workshops with Primary and Secondary Schools. From there she began working in educational and creative workshops for youths at Leeds College of Art. Afterwards, she began working in Education and Training Sales at Learning Curve Group, finding apprenticeships to help people advance and improve their careers. She currently volunteers within Learning Support at The Hepworth Gallery Wakefield, a large gallery in Northern England, where she engages young people with art and culture through fun. Rachael seamlessly weaves this blend fun and creativity into her approach at Arbor as one of our Partnership Specialists. As a teenager, Rachael sang in the Lancashire Students Youth Jazz Orchestra and once designed and built a full scale 3D maze out of cardboard, called Pop-Up Maze, in an empty church in Leeds!
Head of Marketing
Harriet graduated with a degree in English Language and Literature from Oxford University before going on to work in development and marketing at schools around the world. Harriet joined Arbor in 2015 and runs our Marketing Team as well as our Arbor Insight product. She is a former mentor with The Girls’ Network, an avid coffee drinker, and a complete The West Wing nerd (season 1 is the best).
Principal Product Engineer
Rockstar, father, developer. Ulrik has over 10 years in the entertainment industry where he was the lead singer of one of the UK’s most popular function bands, and after building websites for many years moved on to study for a BSc in Computer Science at the Open University. Now Ulrik prefers the rhythm of keyboard strokes, but can always be roused for a song (with strong encouragement).
Principal Architect
Recently married, Igor must be a brilliant husband as he makes the best coffee in the office, surely an indicator for domestic bliss! His attention to detail in analysing quantities of milk and sugar echoes his attention to some of Arbor’s biggest projects.
Senior DevOps Engineer
A family man, Ivan prefers the quiet life of the countryside to the busy buzz at Nova Iskra. We’re sure he has stories to tell about life in the city, but we’re happy for him to stay close to the earth as he’s the man nurturing Arbor’s roots.
Product Engineer
Sonja’s skills lie in analysing and visualising big data sets and she’s using those skills to great effect making Arbor’s reports even better.
Digital Partner Success Manager
Julie has a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies and a background in both Accounts and IT, with most of her experience stemming from the legal sector. Julie’s favourite activities include globetrotting with her family and her claim to fame was being a contestant on Young Musician of the Year!
Head of Professional Service
Emma has a mixed sector background, including tech, travel and creative. She spent 5 years as a freelance illustrator, building her own business and brand and has experience developing and implementing company wide CRM systems that improve communication and workflows. Combined with her project work as the main point of contact for clients for all of their project support needs, Emma has all of the ingredients to make the perfect Engagement Manager. Her hobbies include scouting out the best food and coffee, and enjoying at the top of a tall building to give it an extra edge.
Milos studied Software Engineering at university before beginning his career as a test engineer. He went on to switch to software development, and has since worked on a variety of desktop and web applications. As well as being our new Senior PHP Engineer, we have also found in Milos a developer with a passion for Kung Fu and other mixed martial arts to rival Nemanja.
Head of Engineering
Nikola was born in Užice, Serbia. He studied at the University of Belgrade and went on to work at a bank and a startup before joining our team at Arbor. Starting as an Engineer on Arbor Insight, Nikola became Tech Lead before taking on the role of Technical Project Manager. He is also currently our Product Engineering Lead, a role which involves him working across both the Product and Engineering teams. Outside of work, his hobbies include: gardening and designing furniture. He also drives far too fast, but will never admit that.
Tech Lead (Backend)
While he was still at School of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Belgrade, Saša started working as Product Manager in the automotive industry. Years later he changed path to programming, his childhood dream. Before joining Arbor he worked as a Backend Developer in an online advertising company. In his spare time Saša enjoys playing the drums, and occasionally the guitar too.
2nd Line Support Analyst
Fiona graduated with a first class honours degree in Maths, Stats and Computing. From there, she worked for several years as a programmer for a retailer. More recently, Fiona has spent 13 years in education, working both as a statistics officer and a Maths teacher. She is a big fan of 50s music – one of the highlights of her life was getting married in Las Vegas while being serenaded by Elvis (not the real one, don’t be silly).

Katie graduated with a degree in Psychology before embarking upon life in the IT world. Having worked in the deployment of various products within primary and secondary healthcare, Katie is now a member of the customer team here at Arbor. Having lived in Canada, New Zealand and France, she has had lots of time to perfect her snowboarding skills whilst making sure to sample a selection of the local wines!
Partnership Team Lead
Armed with a degree in Electronic Engineering and a PGCE, Tim’s roles have always blended technology with teaching. A former headteacher and School Improvement Partner, he has also worked across several local authorities in data and assessment roles as well as working for Computing at Schools to promote the study of computing in UK schools. His love of technology stems from using it to improve outcomes for children and facilitate effective leadership. Outside of work Tim’s passion is motorcycling. His favourite race circuit is Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire.
Customer Marketing Manager
Coming from a family of teachers, Beth couldn’t help but catch the education bug. After teaching English on her year abroad in France, she completed an MA in Applied Linguistics at York University, planning to start a career in TEFL, and stumbled across Arbor instead. She loves talking to schools, making pretty google docs and singing.
Key Account Manager
Maggie began a Masters in Engineering at Oxford University before taking some time out to volunteer as a teaching assistant with deaf pupils. She absolutely adored being in a classroom and transferred to a Science degree with QTS so she could become a teacher as quickly as possible! She achieved a First Class degree before spending 15 years teaching secondary Physics and Science teacher, and most recently some mathematics too. The last five schools she taught at were part of a large MAT, where she sat on the Procurement Committee. Maggie still contributes to developments in their data, tracking and school improvement. Maggie joined Arbor to seek new challenges and have as large of an impact on as many pupils and staff as she can get her hands on. In her spare time, Maggie loves baking, doing anything crafty with her children and is also a Beavers group leader with Scouts!
MAT Programme Manager
Joanna studied at Huddersfield College before bypassing university to travel through Australia. She spent 5 years working at CSC in Leeds where she worked within the NHS Project, deploying healthcare systems around the UK. Soon after, Joanna jumped at the chance to spend some time travelling around Europe and ended up volunteering on a farm in Norway for a month. Joanna now dedicates her time to our clients as a Customer Success Manager, ensuring our schools are getting the most out of Arbor! Joanna is a qualified scuba diver, so if you can’t find her on land, be sure to check the bottom of the ocean!

Before joining Arbor’s Customer Team, he worked at a broad range of companies including Morrisons, Barclays Bank PLC and Frog Education, and has turned his hand to everything from customer care to cheque fraud! Jovan graduated with a degree in Automatics from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Electrical Engineering, before going on to do a masters in IT at the University of Balearic Islands in Spain. Before Jovan joined Arbor, he developed software for a Spanish company in Mallorca that worked with marinas across the world to reserve and rent moorings. Outside of work, his interests include travelling, hiking, biking and walking.
During his Computer Science studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, Vladan started working as a web developer in the online gambling & betting industry. Trust him when he says – do not gamble. As a new member of the Arbor engineering team, he brings the fresh team spirit and great respect for math and data processing. He likes to say that he is the best football player among the programmers, and it has not yet been disputed.
Miroslav graduated with a degree in Information Systems and Technologies from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade, and worked as a JAVA software developer in the betting world before joining Arbor. He is a huge coffee and superhero lover, and loves to play chess and rugby in his spare time.

Jelena graduated from Belgrade University, department of Psychology in 2011. She continued her education in the area of psychotherapy but then fell in love with HR and stayed there ever since. She had been working as a Recruitment Consultant for 5 years in different industries, after which she moved to the People Development team in an IT company and stayed there for the next 2 years. When she does have free time, she will spend most of it with her friends and family (both humans and cats) but also loves yoga or cycling.
Head of DevOps
Aleksandar has an MSc from the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, Electronics department. He thinks of himself as an engineer, so did not find it was a big leap moving from designing integrated circuits to designing networks, virtual machines or containers. In his free time he loves to relax by watching good (or bad!) sci-fi TV shows and movies.
Isla graduated from the University of York with a BSc in Psychology in Education. Following this she began working as an enabler in York providing psychological support to adults with learning difficulties. In a slight career change she moved to working in software sales in Leeds for just over a year, before joining Arbor. Arbor has provided the perfect combination of her passion for education and working in a company with a commitment to making a difference. Growing up in the Lake District sparked her passion for nature, and in her spare time you can find her amongst the lakes and mountains, at historic houses and art galleries, searching for good restaurants, and chasing the sun in traditional Spanish coastal villages.

Aiden graduated with a degree in Psychology from Leeds Trinity University and went on to gain experience working in retail management and customer service before joining Arbor. When he’s not busy working through fun questions from schools, he can be found playing video games and socialising with friends or his Arbor colleagues.
Head of Account Management
After graduating from Durham University with a degree in Education with QTS, Zoe launched into her primary teaching career, which took her to an international school in Germany and then back to schools in Leeds for a number of years. Following completion of a Masters degree from the University of Leeds, Zoe began an advisory role within North Yorkshire County Council’s Inclusive Education Service. With a passion for education and making life better for busy and ever hardworking teachers, Zoe’s career path took a slight turn and she now leads the Account Management team here at Arbor. In her spare time, Zoe can be found pondering house renovations and holidays or spending time with her gorgeous pup, Betsy!
Nemanja has been part of the IT sector for over 12 years, working on a wide variety of different projects. Development and system architecture are his passions and he always needs to know how something works in detail. If you enjoy the outdoors, table tennis, woodworking or archery, you and Nemanja will have a lot to talk about.
JavaScript Engineer
Nikola graduated with a degree in Agricultural economics from the Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade. After a few months of internship as a wholesale category manger, he decided to switch his career. Now he is a front end developer specialising in JavaScript with more than a year of experience. He has two lovely cats, Paca and Crlja, loves to watch premier league with a good craft beer in his hand, also plays basketball occasionally.
Chief of Customer Success
With 20 years’ experience in customer-focused roles across the technology sector, Sonia is responsible for ensuring a great customer experience for our Arbor clients from onboarding through to in-life support. A few accolades include improving overall customer satisfaction scores by over 40% and NPS scores of 80 for customer onboarding. Sonia loves: tea, curry, family and friends but not necessarily in that order!
Partnership Manager
Charlie graduated from Leeds College of Music/Hull university and enjoyed a subsequent eclectic and vibrant career working as a musician, financial advisor and sales manager in the oil, financial and energy sectors before launching himself into the EdTech sector without looking back! Charlie is passionate about helping and supporting others and contributing to society whilst also working in a fast paced and commercial environment so when the opportunity to work at Arbor was presented, it was a real no-brainer. Outside of work, you’ll find Charlie driving (or under the bonnet of) his various cars, attending and playing gigs, exploring European towns and cities or attempting to build a motorhome.
DevOps Engineer
A childhood passion for video games, computers and technology led Goran to naturally seek a career path in IT, starting first as a sys and database admin before switching more recently to dev operations. He finds satisfaction in making new technologies his own and finding cool solutions where there are problems. Privately he is a big nerd, so he enjoys the usual stuff, video games, series, books, podcasts, board games, cats. Almost 8 years ago he took up a sword and got himself involved in historical fencing. It keeps him active as well as gives him a reason to occasionally travel and meet cool new people.
Office & Culture Manager
Sophie was born and bred in Leeds, entering the world of recruitment with Leeds City College where she had her first taste of the education sector. She has worked in both the UK and Australia and is a passionate traveller, having ticked off South east Asia, China, Borneo, Australia, New Zealand and Bali to name but a few! She is now heading up the recruitment and talent acquisition function for Arbor Eduction, finding motivated individuals to join us!
2nd Line Team Lead
Jack graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Games Design. After his studies, he was elected as Vice President of Education and a year later, President of Leeds Beckett Students’ Union. During these two years, he worked alongside the University to help make students’ time at University the best it could be. In his downtime, Jack can be found in the gym training in Thai Boxing, running in the countryside, playing video games and saying hello to every dog he sees!
Senior Account Manager
Sam is a Yorkshire born boy, who started his career as a creative based in London. He graduated from Buckinghamshire New University, during his time there, he was able to work with many large ad agencies. Having done his time in the big smoke, he decided to head back to his home town of Huddersfield. He dabbled in a number of solo creative projects having plenty of fun and developing a number of communication skills that helped him land his first sales job selling HR software. From there he pursued a career in account management into the education sector, eventually bringing him to Arbor. If you need him out of office hours he can be found hiking the hills and peaks of England and Europe or at home making art and tinkering with his PC.
2nd Line Customer Success Analyst
Anna originally studied English Literature at a University in London but came back up North to study Photography where she discovered her love for documentary photography. After receiving a Dean’s Award for her research during her final major project she aimed to go back to study for a Masters which she has now nearly finished. During her time studying, she has also undertaken different roles within customer service. At home, you can usually find her watching something spooky or researching her next photography project.

Damian followed a childhood passion in computer games to study Games Development at University, which aided a career that has gone on to span multiple industries and roles, from Games Engine Programmer to Distinguished Architect. Still a keen coder and someone who likes to keep his hands in the code, Damian also has extensive experience defining and implementing technical strategies, and growing and mentoring world class engineering teams. When not at a computer, Damian has ambitions to become a rockstar, although unfortunately posseses no musical talents whatsoever.
Partner Success Analyst
Jonathan has always had a strong vocation for helping others. This is why he undertook a degree in Health & Social Care at UCLAN. This passion for making a positive impact to others took him to Jakarta, where after completing a high-intensity teacher training course, he worked in the education sector for over six years. He has just returned to the UK, where he is enjoying helping Arbor in increasing student attainment and decreasing teacher work-load. Jonathan regularly keeps fit by running, he has a keen interest in sport, especially football and can be heard listening to 80s hair-metal bands.

David graduated with a degree in History from York University and a PGCE in Primary Education from Durham. Having spent 4 years teaching and acting as the ICT Coordinator in two schools in the NE of England David moved into the world of ed tech. He’s spent the last 13 years working in a range of roles from free-lance trainer to sales manager, across all educational sectors from Primary Education through to Higher Ed. Outside of work David enjoys cooking, running, a glass of red wine and SkySports (some of these at the same time!).
Projects and Programme Team Lead
Luke has had a varied career. After realising that working in a market stall or being a chef wasn’t for him, he fell into Project Management working for one of the largest clinical software companies in the country where he spent 10 years delivering software implementation projects across the world. In his spare time he can be found taking his significant other (Tiffany the Jeep) on various off-roading expeditions across the country or sailing somewhere warm and sunny on a boat.
Wellbeing & Culture Manager
Danielle was born and raised in South London before moving slightly further South and graduating from the University of Kent with a degree in Drama. She went on to work in schools as a drama teacher and facilitator, with a particular passion for Shakespeare and the power of the Arts in education! Whilst ensuring everything runs smoothly in the Arbor offices, she is also studying for an MA in Dramatherapy and reads whatever she can get her hands on.
Lead Product Manager
Lucy graduated with a degree in Biomedical Science with Business from Newcastle, before working as a Product Manager for several organisations – most recently at Shelter. In her spare time, she likes swing dancing, playing the violin, and attempting to play the bass.
Mark has a Masters degree in Creative Psychotherapy and BA in Communications. He worked in International sales before he went travelling ending up in Australia for five years doing his BA. He has taught in a behaviour school for five years teaching film and creativity to boys with SEBD. Mark set up a change agency – helping individuals and organisations step into change. He specialised in behaviour change, developing a formula he delivered to people across sectors. Taking his understanding of transformation and change he helped the NHS – primary care – with an at scale project to free up GP time using data cloud based technology and change management tools together, helping hundreds of GP practices save thousands of hours of time. Mark is also a writer but his claim to fame is appearing on a kids tv show called Foreign Exchange where he played a tv presenter in Australia and if you search hard enough its out there on you tube!
Velijko showed an interest in computing from a young age. For his 7th birthday he got Spektrum 64 and began writing his first programs. After finishing IT Academy and studying web application development, he has worked at several companies, from e-commerce, to web applications with over 120 million visitors per day. Veljko enjoys listening to music, playing his guitar and his great love, basketball.

After graduating from Northumbria University with a degree in Business with Marketing, Richard started his career the retail sector, working within digital communications for a national shopping centre group. Following a relocation to Oxford, Richard transitioned into Account Management, spending three years with a leading digital marketing software provider. He has now returned home to Yorkshire to drive success with his clients at Arbor. In his spare time, you’re likely to find Richard on the tennis court, while he also enjoys taking part in obstacle races from time to time!
Senior Project Manager
Kate has worked in a variety of customer-facing roles meaning she is passionate about providing a great experience for our customers. With previous Project Coordination experience in a Healthcare setting dealing with GP Practices and Hospital Trusts, Kate is now excited to take on a new challenge in Education. Outside of work, Kate loves to spend time with her family. Kate also has a keen interest in baking and generally anything that involves food, so you are most likely to find her hunting out some new places to eat tasty food in Leeds
Karrie graduated from the University of Leeds with a Masters degree in Chemistry. After joining a Graduate IT scheme she started her career as a programmer and since then has worked her way through an eclectic mix of jobs, from EEG research technician and data specialist amongst others, and is now adding Business Analyst to the list.We believe here at Arbor that every day is a school day and to embody this principle Karrie has recently started learning Dutch. Ze woont in Leeds en heeft twee kinderen en een hond!
Born In Lithuania, Eva started her journey here in Leeds in 2010. Graduating from Leeds Becket University in 2014 with an International Tourism Management Degree she fully dedicated herself to the customer service industry. Eva has been involved in a variety of management roles, including retail, hospitality and corporate business which has helped build a strong customer-focused approach. She is now ready to take on a new challenge in the educational field. In addition to her existing degree, Eva is currently studying Nutritional Therapy at University of West London. Relating to her studies, Eva is most interested in a heathy lifestyle and travel; she absolutely loves Europe and aims to visit one new European country every year!
Joseph is a former Assistant Headteacher of a Primary School. After graduating from Nottingham Trent with a degree in Linguistics and Communication in Society, he taught children within the East Midlands, sharing his passion for Maths and Computing. He is driven, determined and enjoys a challenge, completing three London marathons for charity and even has the Three Peaks Challenge in the pipeline. If that’s not enough punishment, Joseph is also a long-suffering Tottenham Hotspur season ticket holder!
Advanced Support Analyst
Chantel completed an Education Studies BA Hons degree at University of Bedfordshire in 2018. She has gained lots of experience working in multiple different retails stores, alongside retail experience she has worked in both public and private education sector. After graduating she worked within the NHS and worked in higher education housing sector to broaden her experience in all education system. When she is not working she spends her time with family cooking and watching crime documentaries or helping her sisters run their food and drink business called ‘Mama’s House’!
Training Resource Planner
Rebecca is a former Exams Officer and Cover Manager. After graduating from Leeds University with a Masters in Marketing and Advertising she worked in the profession for 5 years before re-training in Childcare and Learning and Development to work in Education. Some of the roles include, Nursery Nurse, cover and MFL teaching. Having grown up in France, Rebecca enjoys traveling and discovering new places with her family and tasting new foods. Especially Cheese!
Associate Product Manager
Originally a Midland boy at heart, now a proud Northerner since 2012. I moved to Huddersfield, where I attended the University of Huddersfield and graduated in 2015 with a BA (Hons) Theatre Studies. I have spent the following 8 years in various sales and customer facing roles, including another educational role working with Universities to help manage their laundry facilities. In my spare time, I can usually be found spending time with my dog Patsy or with with friends completing escape rooms. I can also often be found working with West Yorkshire Police in my spare time volunteering as a fully fledged officer as a Special Constable.
Head of Product
Educator, product leader and cognitive scientist by education, Hilary joins Arbor as Head of Product. Prior to Arbor, Hilary led education initiatives, program and product development for Teachers College, Columbia University, the City College of New York (CUNY), Teach First and SAM Labs. She’s interested in how different domain expertise can intersect to facilitate innovation and therefore looks forward to the day her expansive knowledge of science fiction can inspire something useful.
Technical Lead
Tom graduated with a master’s degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford, and worked at a software agency before joining Arbor. He loves music, having studied at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, and performed at venues across the UK and europe, including Glastonbury Festival. He loves pushing himself to learn new things, such as marathon running, origami, caligraphy and juggling.

Alex studied Maths at the University of Leeds and also has a Master’s degree in Transport Planning. Despite rumours that he can neither swim nor ride a bike, Alex is a keen sportsperson both as specator and competitor. Having worked in the media and consumer research spaces before joining Arbor, Alex is excited by the opportunity in EdTech to make a positive social impact with his work.
Head of People
Santino graduated from Sheffield University with a law degree in 2006. Prior to joining Arbor he has spent over 10 years hiring and building people functions for a number of highly innovative technology companies. As interim Head of People, Santino is passionate about making Arbor a happy, thriving and diverse environment for all. When not working, Santino can often be found watching his beloved Arsenal or doing house renovation badly.
Sophie graduated with a degree in Illustration at the University of Huddersfield in 2014 and has since focused on many a customer based roles. From bar and gaming establishments, coordinating treatment plans in dentistry and deployment of clinical software products in primary and secondary healthcare. Sophie is now a member of the customer team at Arbor. In her spare time, she spends lots of time with her family and friends, and has a passion for cooking and all kinds of music!
Digital Customer Success Analyst
Hannah studied Maths at the University of York before initially becoming an analyst for a digital marketing team. After learning to build basic email templates, she got a taste for coding and decided to leave marketing behind to pursue a career in software development. She attended a three month coding bootcamp and since then has worked as a developer in EdTech, a sector close to her heart after having previously tutored and managed a tuition centre. Away from work, she’s an avid theatre fan as well as a keen baker.
Channel Partnership Specialist
Born on the sunny coast of Bournemouth, Ollie moved up to Leeds immediately after graduating for an export sales role which took him across Europe doing presentations to international distributors (HVAC). He was headhunted for recruitment but always felt something was missing. Ollie is interested in the impact tech innovation will have on the slower moving public sector. He found Arbor through his research and feels incredibly lucky that he’s found the exact kind of future-focused social impact organisation he was looking for! On a personal level, Ollie loves anything in nature & the outdoors. Andrijana was born in Pristina. When she was 10 years old, she moved to Belgrade. In Belgrade she finished her Secondary school, and she graduated in 2019. at University Singidunum. When she does have free time, she will loves to spend it with her family and friends.

Feyza was born in London and raised in Essex. She graduated from Bath Spa University with a Business and Management degree and has recently become ACCA qualified. She comes from a background in luxury retail where she worked in several roles across the finance function. She loves crunching numbers and pivoting tables and when she’s not doing that she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, watching her favourite TV programmes and movies and training for half-marathons.
Senior MIS Sales Lead
Matt was born, raised and educated in Manchester. He has worked in the education software industry for the last 5 years focussing on MIS solutions for schools and MATs but has a passion for improving the use of data and analytics to better student outcomes. In his spare time Matt is an avid Manchester Utd fan, keen golfer and hiker. He loves to visit the Tatra mountains in Slovakia whenever possible. Matt is also a trained singer and has performed at various professional venues over the years including appearances at Disneyland Paris!
Brad studied Photography at Bradford college and went onto secure his first role in Local Authority for Leeds City Council and for the last three years worked in the Housing sector. His passion for customer service and wanting to make a difference led him straight to Arbor, where he joined the team as a Customer Success Analyst. Brad loves sport and has competed professionally in Europe for BMX and also played Football for Huddersfield Town Academy in the first team for under 18’s from 2010 to 2012. Outside of work you’ll find him either tinkering with his car or on his BMX!
Hannah’s career debut was baking sausage rolls for a large British bakery chain. From there she worked in administrative and managerial roles in GP practices before working for a Healthcare software company to roll out their product to national and international healthcare services. In her spare time she loves to explore the Yorkshire countryside and drink Yorkshire tea.
Senior Marketing Manager
Lauren graduated with a degree in Media and Communication from the University of Leeds before working in marketing at various academic publishing houses including Palgrave Macmillan and Yale University Press. More recently, she worked in the marketing team at The Guardian, and joined Arbor in 2020 to focus on building partnerships to help schools work better. Lauren is a tea fanatic, Harry Potter mega-fan (books, not films) and keen baker.
Software Trainer
Zuhal was born and lived in Turkey until the age of 6 before moving to London. Prior to joining Arbor, Zuhal has a demonstrated history of working in the education sector in a variety of roles and provisions.Zuhal graduated from The University of Leeds with a BA Hons in Theatre and Performance. She then returned to London for a couple of years gaining further experience within the education sector before moving back to Leeds to work in a Special Educational Needs provision, her most recent role being a Safeguarding and Attendance Officer alongside a Wellbeing Tutor role. In her personal life, Zuhal enjoys spending time with family, friends, travelling and discovering new places as well as indulging in her love of good food!
Daniel started working with schools by chance as technical support for a 12-month VLE project straight after leaving university. It turned out to be a great fit and after securing a permanent position in the Local Authority ICT/MIS Support Team he has passionately championed and supported the use of technology and information systems in education ever since. Most recently leading ICT & Data teams as a Director for Multi-Academy Trusts in the North of England. Positively impacting the lives of young people has always been a motivating factor and joining Arbor was an opportunity to achieve this on a greater scale than ever before. When not at work he enjoys family time including baking, ‘schooling’ his son on video games, or trying out a new power tool to support his efforts with some home improvement.

Jasmine grew up in Leeds and has worked in a variety of different fields including Language Coordination, Project Management and TEFL Sales. She has a passion for travel and animals, and is always looking for new places to explore! Romania and Sri Lanka are next on her list for volunteering at dog shelters – but it has been slightly held up. Jasmine is hoping to tick all the continents off her list and only has 2 to go!

Rachael graduated with a Master’s in Mathematics from Cambridge, before joining a small AdTech start-up in 2010. After eight and a half very busy years, she moved on to an AI start-up, where she was responsible for Operations for a year and a half. She gets very excited about efficiency and loves the chance to tidy things up. Her happy place is her balcony in summer and her sofa in the winter – either way, she’ll have a book and some chocolate with her.
Charles graduated Bishop Grosseteste University in 2017, where he studied Sports Coaching, Development and Pedagogy, alongside his studies he worked as a support worker, where he supported adults with complex learning disabilities and mental health. Following finishing his studies, Charles went straight into EdTech sales, Charles loves working with leaders within schools and MATs to help implement new systems that can transform the way they work for the better. Charles is passionate about helping schools and MATs. In his personal life, Charles has always loved playing various sports and has played rugby to a high standard, representing teams such as Nottingham Rugby club at academy level, playing against opposition such as Leicester Tigers. Charles has a passion for cars and dreams of buying an R8 one day.
Alice joined the Arbor team after graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in Politics. Coming from a family of teachers made the choice to work for company with a mission to make life easier for schools a no-brainer. Outside work, Alice can be found in the kitchen trying out new recipes over a gin and tonic, or looking after her vast collection of house plants.
Some say Rocky was born clutching a keyboard, but he actually asked for it for his first birthday. While his coding skills haven’t improved much since then, he has been around a bit – working in a variety of industries such as recruitment, affiliate marketing, government, banking, and now education. Arbor is his second job, the first is being a dad and in the rare moments he’s not serving his tiny overlord he can sometimes be found taking things apart and putting them back together in new ways. He also loves to study what makes people tick and is a bit of an armchair psychologist and philosopher, although he has yet to successfully put a person back together.
Alex left school and went straight into working full time and became a self employed personal trainer and sports masseuse. This is where her love of helping people started and from there she worked in many different industries in customer facing roles. This includes working for a TEFL company, helping teachers find work abroad and also the international schools find teachers for their schools, as well as working for other Ed-Tech companies in Leeds which eventually led to working for Arbor! When Alex isn’t working she is getting commissioned to paint pictures of animals for people and also enjoying spending time with her new puppy Jeff.

Ryan has lived and worked in West Yorkshire his entire life. He initially started working as a sales assistant in a leading brand video games store for 8 years. Ryan realised that he enjoyed customer service roles and brought his face to face customer service skills into a digital and telephone market. As his confidence grew he developed a passion for providing technical support and grew his skill set. Ryan loves the vision and culture at Arbor and jumped at the opportunity to join the 2nd Line Customer Success Analyst Team. Dan graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2012 with a Computer Science degree, before spending 9 years working on education solutions for Local Authorities. He joined Arbor in 2021 as a member of the Product team to help shape our payments and communications products. Outside of work and unfortunately for his neighbours, Dan is a keen drummer and musician.
Digital Project Administrator
Emily (Em) was born and raised in Harrogate and moved around from the age of 18, briefly settling in Norwich, Kent and then Birmingham, where she gained a Level 4 qualification in Applied Performance from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire of Acting. Em has always worked in customer-service related roles, starting in the NHS and then moving to Education in 2014. After working as a secondary school Admissions Officer throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, her strong passion for helping people and promoting efficiency in the workplace brought her to Arbor! Outside of work, Em loves to attend gigs, spend time with friends & family and enjoy a nice spiced rum and coke. You will find Em where you see leopard print as she has a slightly unhealthy obsession with it!
Brand & Content Marketing Executive
Amy studied History at UCL (focusing on prison reform, colonialism, and the 17th century) and continues this passion for the past in her blog. She is also a pianist and clarinettist, having toured parts of Europe with her orchestra. In her spare time, she likes to attend a good pub quiz, watch University Challenge, or work on her third novel. It is this love of words and content that Amy brings to her role within the marketing team at Arbor. Coming from a family of educators, she greatly admires the work of schools and resonates with Arbor’s championing of teaching staff.
Junior Project Manager
Jess graduated with an LLB in Law from The University of Law in Leeds, she then worked in a customer-focused role for a Facilities Management company called Penguin which involved managing and taking care of a lot of big and small clients and their commercial buildings nationwide, meaning she is passionate about ensuring that customers receive the greatest quality of service, support and success. She is now excited to learn more about Education and helping customers of Arbor. Outside of work, Jess loves socialising with friends. She also likes crafts including crocheting, she has previously made and donated things for the local hospital such as premature baby hats and mask extensions for the NHS staff.
Graham was born in Birmingham, UK and moved to Stoke-on-Trent in 2014. Prior to joining Arbor, Graham has a demonstrated history of working in the education sector in a variety of roles and provisions. Graham graduated from Newman University College, Birmingham with BSc Geography and ICT 1st Degree and the completed his PGCE at Birmingham City University in 2012. In my personal life, Graham enjoys spending time with family, friends, travelling and discovering new places as well as indulging in his love of good food and music!

Harpreet graduated from Essex University with a degree in English Literature and Film Studies in 2010. For the last 8 years she has worked in education technology. She has a passion for working with schools to simplify their working days so their time can be freed up to focus on what’s important – changing lives. Outside of work Harpreet enjoys a DIY project, sipping on espresso martinis and training at her local Crossfit box (strongman being her favourite class).
Lead Software Trainer
James graduated from the University of Cumbria with a BA(Hons) in Primary QTS with Mathematics and spent most of his teaching career in Year 6 throughout Yorkshire. He is known for being the tech guy and problem solver in all the schools he has worked in and amongst his family and friends too. James is an amateur Strongman outside of work (lifting atlas stones and pressing huge logs overhead). Otherwise, in his free time he enjoys watching great films and TV; attending football; and creating art.
Born in the North West and brought up in the Cotswolds, I attended Reading University for four years where I received my degree in Education (and Geography!). I worked in Primary schools as a teacher, middle leader, Deputy Head Teacher and Head Teacher from graduating until starting at Arbor.I jumped at the chance to join Arbor as the next step in my career, continuing to support the education sector in a different way. I am passionate about enabling all school staff to be able to do the job they are so talented at doing (working with the children) and finding a better way to do all the other ‘stuff’.In my spare time I love holidays, live music, walking my dog and spending time with my Husband, Son, family and friends.
Amy graduated from Cardiff University with an MA in International Public Relations in 2010 before working in various content, PR and marketing roles within the hospitality and events industry, most recently she was Senior Marketing Executive at HeadBox. Arbor is Amy’s first foray into the Ed Tech sector but she’s excited about helping transform the way secondary schools and MATs work. In her free time, Amy can be found with her head in a book or on a noble hunt for the best margarita in London.
Beth graduated from York St John University in 2020 with a degree in English Language and Linguistics. After graduating she worked as an Internal Account Manager for a market leading company in the education sector before joining Arbor to pursue a career in Project Management in April 2022. She is passionate about providing an exceptional customer journey and continuously developing her skills and knowledge. Outside of work Beth will be found at the gym, spending time with family & friends (and of course the dogs) or catching up on the latest Formula 1 news & races.

Natasha graduated with a degree in Media and Communications from the University of Western Australia, working in social media marketing before making the move to London. After a stint in public relations and digital communications, Natasha joined the marketing team at Arbor in 2022. As a former head girl and proclaimed ‘big fan of school’, she is passionate about supporting schools to offer the best possible experience for their students. In her free time, Natasha can be found rewatching Seinfeld, consuming large quantities of pasta, or doing a puzzle.

Dan joined Arbor in March 2022 after spending the majority of his career providing education management solutions for Local Authorities. Extra-curricular activities include Badminton, spending time with the family and BBQ’ing when the weather allows.

Rosie has a strong passion for customer service and helping others, ever since she began working in the sector when she was just 16. Alongside working, Rosie is also studying towards a History and Politics degree and spent a year studying in Newcastle too! Rosie loves to solo travel and vlogs this online, you will always find with her backpack on and passport in hand! In her own time, Rosie enjoys going to rock/metal gigs, journalling, meditating and (attempting) yoga! Rosie is proud to work for Arbor and a company that values the importance of education in the same way that she does.
Head of Customer Education
Claire is passionate about helping young people develop and believes that by putting in place efficient, easy to use systems, schools are able to give children the best possible start to their future lives. Claire starting working in education in 2005, firstly as a Data Manager in a large failing secondary school. In this role, she helped the school achieve an outstanding Ofsted in 2013. The report states “Systems used to ensure the rigorous collection, analysis and use of student performance data are exceptional”. Claire progressed into EdTech in 2015 and since then line managed a team of consultants that specialised in supporting schools across the country (and wider) helping them to develop their assessment and tracking systems. In her personal life, Claire is a mum, wife, musician, beagle owner, safeguarding governor in no particular order!
With a varied career across retail, the music industry and event management (in various forms and across different sectors), the emphasis for Jacqui was always on helping people, being organised and improving processes wherever possible.After nearly 8 years in Ed-Tech client support, renewals/contracts & finance, the passion for helping the busy people who work in education was ignited further and Jacqui made the move to Arbor to support the partnership frameworks.In her personal life, you will find her playing competitive crown green bowls, jogging or doing Zumba, as well as taking regular days out in the countryside to go walking. To unwind she enjoys watching films/comedy, reading and a few beers or a glass of red wine.
Rebecca (Becca) graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2012 with a degree in Education. She has a background in Education Technology, Staff management systems, CPD and safeguarding training, plus teacher wellbeing. Outside of work Becca enjoys family time and good food.
After taking an extended break from education, Johnny graduated from York St John University in 2021 with a degree in English Language and Creative Writing. With experience in a range of sectors such as hospitality, retail and finance, Johnny has enjoyed being able to combine his passion for customer service with his interest in language and communication, since joining Arbor. Outside of work, Johnny enjoys travelling and vows to one day write a book in order to prove to people that it was in fact worthwhile studying Creative Writing…
Emeka graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in IT Management for Business. Before joining Arbor, he worked in various industries and co-founded a tele-health startup to provide quality healthcare services to low income individuals in West Africa. He is a Product Manager who is passionate about solving important problems. Outside of work, he loves playing sports, watching shows, and hopes to one day make music if his voice allows it.
People Advisor
Sarah graduated from the University of Huddersfield in 2014 with a degree in Psychology and started her HR career in recruitment before progressing into HR Services and Employee Relations within the professional services industry. Sarah is supporting the Arbor management team on day-to-day issues and strategic people projects and is excited to be helping make Arbor an amazing place to work. In her spare time, you can usually find Sarah at her local CrossFit gym with her husband and friends or spoiling her godchildren!
Sales Development Representative
Originally from Brighton, Juliet moved to York to study Linguistics, where her obsession with languages only increased after picking up the Yorkshire dialect. After graduating, she went on to complete three years as a secondary English teacher in Sheffield. Though she decided to leave teaching, Juliet was excited by the prospect of working with Arbor to remain involved with the education sector, as it is very close to her heart.
Tom graduated from Sheffield Hallam with a degree in Business Studies. After working for a short time teaching children of all ages Bush Craft, Tom made the move into the EdTech sector. For over 9 years he worked with MATs and schools on website and branding projects before beginning his journey with Arbor. Outside of work Tom will be found rock climbing, hiking, or spending time with friends and family.
After training and working as a chef for nearly a decade, Sam jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire and studied to become an English and Media Studies teacher at high school. Sam’s experience as a teacher taught him that there were some things which needed to be fixed, which has led him to work in Edtech with Arbor tackling some of the admin challenges that make teaching more complex and difficult than it needs to be. Deep down he still wants to be a cowboy. Or a train driver. Or an astronaut…
Emily graduated with a degree in Sociology and has gone on to work in Education Technology ever since. Finding a passion for Account Management, Emily joined Arbor Education and the Account Management team to help schools better understand their data. Outside of work, Emily enjoys staying active at the gym and spending time with family and friends.
Strategy Officer
Phil is the Strategy Officer in the business and is responsible for developing the strategy and M&A. Prior to joining Arbor, he has worked for leading and award-winning consultancies across a range of sectors including A. T. Kearney, L.E.K. and Alvarez & Marsal. In the education sector he has conducted numerous commercial diligences on behalf of investors and private equity firms, he was the Chair of Governors at Burdett Coutts primary school and supported Magic Breakfast with their growth strategy. Outside of work he enjoys an adventure, mostly skiing and cycling, when time allows with his young family.

Desma graduated from York St John University with a degree in Education Studies and English Literature. Since then she’s put this degree to good use working in universities, education start-ups and at Arbor. She has a real passion for implementing and streamlining processes to make sure the right hand and left hand are speaking to each other. Although originally from London, Desma has lived in York, Leeds and Essex and in her spare time is out socialising with friends or sight seeing!
Senior Product Engineer
Jason first began programming on a Spectrum way back in 19-too-long-ago. The bleeps and bloops he produced led to a lifelong interest in the use of technology to generate and perform music. He studied music up to PhD level, and like all broke musicians found himself building websites to promote himself and the various groups he performed with. He branched out and started developing sites professionally in 2012, working on marketing campaigns for FujiFilm, Interflora, Yorkshire Tea, and others. In 2015 he decided to do something about the fact that his teacher brother was tired all the time and joined the world of EdTech. Since then he has been fully immersed in the world of MIS. Jason still actively creates music in his spare time, although most of his recent performances have been as part of an impromptu noise band with his 2-year-old son.
Suzanna graduated from King’s College London with a degree in Hispanic Studies. She went on to study a Secondary Modern Languages PGCE at UCL’s Institute of Education and has experience teaching Spanish at schools in London. Since then, Suzanna has worked in Sales, Community and Marketing roles at EdTech companies and is excited to continue her career at Arbor. Suzanna is a keen baker, pickler and sailor with dreams of one day crossing the Atlantic.
Annie joined the Arbor team after graduating with a degree in Theatre and Performance from the University of Leeds. She spent her degree working as a writer, producer, director and technician on multiple productions. Applying these technical and people skills to working at Arbor has proved a fun challenge. Outside of work she is a self-taught character illustrator and animator, and can usually be found drawing fantasy characters sword-fighting.
Charlene has a long background in customer service in retail. She was born and raised in Huddersfield and moved to Leeds in 2007. She has been a mother for 14 years and a wife for 5 years. In her spare time she likes to spend time with family and friends.
Emma is originally from Liverpool, however, now is firmly settled in Lincoln after falling in love with the city while attending University there. After 10 years and numerous roles within the IT and Communications sector, Emma decided she wanted to pursue an area she was more passionate about and began her journey into EdTech! First as a Software Trainer, before then moving on to her current position within The Customer Operations Team.Emma likes to enjoy her free time by spending it with her family, cooking, watching sci-fi or playing in her weekly Dungeons & Dragons group.
Jack has lived in Leeds, West Yorkshire all his life. He initially began his career In IT support with experience in both the vehicle remarketing and CRM industries. As Jack’s passion and drive for producing great customer support grew, he knew he wanted to excel in this, leading him to Arbor. After understanding Arbor’s mission and story Jack knew this was the place for him. In his spare time, you can find Jack either spending time with friends and family or training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Jenni graduated from UEA with a degree in English Literature with Creative Writing. After university, she moved to China as a Developmental Drama Teacher in Beijing, before moving into the Curriculum and Training Department of her school. Upon returning to the UK to be closer to her family, she was inspired by Arbor’s mission to help our teachers focus on being the best teachers they can be, and is thrilled to be a part of that. In her spare time Jenni loves performing, reading, buying more books than she has space for, and watching anime.
Uwais is born and raised in Dewsbury, after he finished College in 2018 he began his journey to pursue a career in the IT industry, he has since dabbled in software engineering, worked as an application analyst and spent some time familiarising himself with new and different challenges, such as getting his feet wet in the blockchain industry and learning new coding languages. Uwais is very resilient and is open to tackling adversity, considering he is a Manchester United fan this should come as no surprise. When he isn’t working he enjoys playing football, going to the gym and playing the occasional video game. He also religiously believes that The Wire is the greatest TV show ever made!
Jonathan graduated with a degree in Computer Science and has 20 years experience in Enterprise Cloud/SaaS Service Operations and Delivery. He has led teams of engineers and support professionals globally, delivering Cloud solutions to dozens of FTSE 100 organisations. Jonathan has spent the last 5 years in EdTech as an Operations Director and has a passion for Customer Success. In his free time Jonathan can be found trying to catch his breath from spin classes and running around after his young son and mini-dachshund.
Sales Development Team Leader
Simon is Leeds born and started out as a Center Director & Youth Worker at a local club but eventually found himself in Sales. Simon has worked in multiple SaaS companies including HR, App Monitoring & AI software as a SDR, Account Manager and Sales Enablement. After living abroad for the last 10 years, he returned to Leeds and subsequently joined Arbor. Out of work Simon can generally found at the football, hiking or museums.
While at University studying Criminology, Chloe worked in various roles in both Customer Contact Centres and Hospitality, which sparked her passion for engaging and helping people. After graduating from the University of Huddersfield in 2016, she went on to working in Hospitality for a number of years, which helped her further her development in customer service. Chloe joined Arbor with the hope of making a meaningful contribution to help schools work for the better, and is proud to be working for a company that values education as much as she does.
James graduated with a Masters degree in Software Development in 2017 and has been working as a Software Engineer ever since. He is originally from New Zealand but decided to move over to the UK so he could more easily travel Europe. In his spare time he enjoys reading, watching Anime, and travelling.
Adam graduated from the University of Winchester in 2014 with a BSc in Sports Science. Following this he worked as a tennis coach for 3 years, before also working in sales and the school lettings industry. Adam then moved into the education sector, becoming an Office Manager in a Primary School, before eventually joining Arbor as a Software Trainer. Away from work Adam enjoys playing and watching sports such as football, tennis & golf; as well as attending live music events.
Lee’s career began with an apprenticeship programme in IT Support studying Windows desktop and server support. Lee has worked in IT Support in secondary schools for 12 years, where he started as an IT Technician and progressed up to being a Network Manager. Over his 12 years of working in schools, he has developed a great understanding of the education landscape and also had experience using Arbor before joining the company. In his spare time, Lee enjoys gaming, going for long walks and has recently done snowboarding lessons and would love to hit the slopes in France or Italy.
Pippa has a varied background in catering, food production and education with a passion for helping others. She is creative and loves baking, travel and escape rooms. She is very family orientated and she spends her spare time with her husband two kids and two dogs.
Ben is a rather tall individual who has worked within fast food, food production and even a spot of bartending. In doing so found he was passionate about working with others and helping people to the best of his ability. His hobbies include gaming, football and gym. Ben moved to Lincoln to study International Business Management, and upon completing his degree has joined Arbor where he is looking forward to helping schools and others.
Originally born in Northamptonshire, Becca moved to Lincoln in 2013 to study Biomedical Science at the University of Lincoln and has lived in Lincoln ever since. As a child her dream was to become a professional footballer and she got to play for Tottenham Hotspur before a knee injury ended her football journey. Becca has worked in a range of jobs including a training role within the NHS, rehabilitating injured dogs and also ran a fudge company. The customer service and training skills gained made Arbor the perfect fit for Becca. Outside of work, she spoils her dog, enjoys going to gigs and watching professional wrestling.
Ana graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Leeds in 2017. Following a brief stint in research, Ana decided to become a Science teacher and spent 3 years teaching in secondary schools, so she knows the challenges schools face and is passionate about saving school staff time so that they can do what they do best! In her spare time, Ana enjoys walking her labrador Lilly, spending time with her cats and getting stuck into new DIY and up cycling projects!
A tech enthusiast who has achieved great success in the highly competitive world of e-sports. Placed in the top 0.1 percentile in European e-sports, leading to a coveted private contract and continued dominance in the field. Also dabbling in powerlifting, though briefly. They share their home with a furry family consisting of a dog and two cats, who add joy and entertainment to daily life. This individual indulges in their love for manga and anime. They find solace and entertainment in exploring new worlds and characters through these mediums, adding a unique dimension to their diverse interests.
After graduating from university with a BA in Education Studies, a PGCE, and an MSc in Multimedia and E-Learning, she began her career as a teacher of ICT and Computing in the further education sector. Emma has over 20 years experience working in the Education sector. After leaving teaching she went on to work as an E-Learning Consultant for a number of years, working with primary schools, secondary schools, and MATs nationally, exploring how the use of learning technologies can be used to enhance teaching and learning and improve outcomes for children and young people. She has also worked with a wealth of Local Authorities in a strategic capacity, implementing systems to improve and streamline their operations. Outside of work, Emma is a keen gardener and loves any kind of quirky DIY project! She is often found doing some kind of renovation at home, and is currently working on the renovation of ‘Mademoiselle Daisy’, a vintage 1960s caravan!
Robin graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with a first class honours degree in Media Production, before moving into education. From there, she spent 3 years teaching SEND students in a high school, before moving to teach in primary schools. After spending years being the resident computing expert (asking “have you tried turning it off and on again?” at least three times a day), she is now thrilled to be working for Arbor! In her spare time she enjoys going on adventures with her two wild boys and equally wild husband, as well as being a big Marvel nerd.
Beth graduated the University of Nottingham with a degree in psychology. Her love for travelling inspired her decision to study in Malaysia for 6 months. Beth’s passion for helping and empowering others, led her towards supporting dysregulated students in a secondary school. She progressed quickly and became the manager of the school’s behaviour and pastoral provision, whilst also undertaking the role of Head of House. Beth is now ready to take on new challenges in the EdTech industry, and is excited to continue making a difference to the lives of teaching professionals and students. Outside of work, Beth loves travelling and spending time with her friends and family. Staying active has always been important to Beth. For the past 6 years she has enjoyed playing Korfball, which is a mixed gender, Dutch sport, that bares resemblance to netball and basketball.
Ashleigh grew up in a town in Cambridgeshire and left to go to university in Brighton to study PE. Upon graduating, Ashleigh went to University of Hertfordshire to complete her Primary PGCE. Since gaining her QTS, she has taught in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire and loved teaching online when this was needed. This love for working online and being involved in Education led nicely to starting a new opportunity with Arbor. This role with Arbor will enable Ashleigh to continue to support the world of education but in a different way to teaching in the classroom. The values and mission that Arbor has set out resonate with Ashleigh’s beliefs and values. In her spare time, she loves to travel, spend time with friends and family and go on walks with her dog.
